Sateen sheets are my favorite. Sateen sheets have a soft, buttery feel that is hard to find with other types of sheets (except silk or linen which are way out of my price range).

The Sleeping Experience
You might be used to buying sheets from department stores, but Lofton sheets are more expensive.
On our King-sized guest bedroom, we tested a grey set and it felt great.

Over the course of a few months, we discovered that Loften sheets become even more soft with each wash. You may think the sheets are soft after just one night. Wait until you wash them again.
Lofton sheets have one problem, as is the case with all Sateen weave sheets. The heavier texture traps more heat than Percale sheets.
Percale sheets from Parachute and Brooklinen are recommended if you live in hot areas or experience night sweats often. They are extremely comfortable.More breathable and cooler sleeping conditions.
They do shrink a little on the first wash, but they are large enough to fit over our 30 cm mattress.
If you prefer Saatvas sheets, however, you can use them with cooling pads, lower the thermostat, or open a window during warm nights.

Lofton has a thread count of 300. This is a wonderful balanceBetween luxury softness & breathability. Even though the sheets are a little warm in the summer, they can be cooled down throughout the year.
