30-Day Free Trial At Home
Linenspa has a shorter trial period that is typical for online mattresses.You get 30 days to try the mattress at your home instead of the 100-day warranty.
You still have plenty of time to decide if you want the mattress to remain.
Returns are simple and free.After you contact the company, they’ll send you a UPS shipping label pre-paid.
Linenspa will refund your full amount if you return the mattress to a UPS store near you.
There is no break-in period. The mattress can be returned within the 30th day or second day of the trial period.
10-year Warranty
You’ll be covered for ten years after the 30-day return window.The warranty covers material and workmanship defects.
It won’t cover any mattress firmness changes or impressions below 3/10 cm. It doesn’t cover staining, damage during transit (e.g. when moving into a new house), or improper care.

Delivery And Set Up
Linenspa mattresses are delivered in compressed form and folded up in a small box.It is easy to transport it inside and place it on your bed.
Linenspa is not able to provide an in-home setup.
After you have rolled the mattress out, it will take a while for it to expand to 25 cm. It will take a few hours for it to expand and off gas.

Do You Need A Mattress Protector For Linenspa?
You will need a waterproof mattress protector because you can’t wash the mattress cover. A mattress protector is a must as stains can cause warranty void.
Is It Necessary To Rotate The Linenspa Mattress?
It is a good idea rotate your mattress every 3 to 6 months, especially if there is a significant difference in weight between you and your partner.

Linenspa’s 25-cm hybrid mattress is made of memory foam, coils, and polyfoam.Here’s how the mattress looks.
4 cm quilted memory FoamThe mattress’ quilted memory foam cover provides immediate pressure relief, providing instant pressure relief as you lay on it.
Polyfoam 6 cm:This is the main comfort layer. This layer provides spinal alignment and contouring. It absorbs motion and minimizes disturbances from your partner’s movements.
The transition felt padThe coils are protected by a thin layer of felt that insulates your body from them.
Coils of tempered steel 15 cmBonnell-style springs offer deep compression support to ensure that the mattress doesn’t sag.
Mattress Cover
Linenspa doesn’t specify the fabric used for the quilted cover. However, it is most likely polyester.
The cover should not be removed for washing. It is best to only spot clean it. Dry it at room temperature.
Smell/Offgassing
Linenspa mattresses that contain polyurethane foam have a mild odor when they are new.
It is not noticeable and will disappear in a few days. If you wish to see the smell dissipate quicker, it can be dried in a well-ventilated area.
